Dr. Kobus DeJager reducing his practice to three clinic

Dr. Kobus DeJager wishes to advise his patients that he will be reducing his practice to three clinic mornings per week effective February 1st, 2020. Full retirement is planned for March 31st, 2020. Active recruitment is ongoing for a new Physician to join the practice. We will update the website and practice of further changes.

Dr. Mary Botrous' family practice closed effective July 15, 2026. Her patients will be offered the opportunity to transition to select physicians within our clinics. We appreciate your patience as our team contacts patients to arrange a meet-and-greet appointment with their new physician.
