Effective April 1, 2018 ALL our Walk-in Locations will no longer offer same day appointments. Simply walk-in to be seen by a Physician.

Dr. Kobus DeJager wishes to advise his patients that he will be reducing his practice to three clinic mornings per week effective February 1st, 2020. Full retirement is planned for March 31st, 2020. Active recruitment is ongoing for a new Physician to join the practice. We will update the website and practice of further changes.
